As a part of evaluating individuals for leadership roles within the ministry we will use a “Spiritual Assessment Tool”. This assessment or evaluation tool has been specifically designed by the ministry for its exclusive use. However, if any person desires to see this tool they can e-mail the leadership and request a copy, which will be e-mailed back as a word document. Our e-mail is info@merimnao.org.

Going through the results with a qualified leader will help an individual to interpret what the evaluation tool speaks to.
